Equipment
Modern Equipment. Advanced Care.
Providing exceptional emergency medical care begins with having the right equipment. Newtown EMS maintains a modern fleet of Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances, specialized response vehicles, and state-of-the-art medical technology to ensure our clinicians are prepared for every emergency.
Our fleet includes multiple ALS ambulances, command and rapid response vehicles, a specialized support trailer, and a dedicated Bicycle Response Team that allows us to quickly reach patients in crowded areas, parks, trails, and community events.
Every ambulance is equipped with advanced lifesaving equipment, including ZOLL X Series cardiac monitors, which provide cardiac monitoring, defibrillation, pacing, and continuous vital sign assessment while seamlessly integrating with our electronic patient care reporting system. Our units also carry advanced airway equipment, emergency medications, trauma supplies, and other lifesaving technology that enables our paramedics and EMTs to deliver high-quality care from the moment they arrive.
Newtown EMS continually invests in replacing and upgrading our fleet and medical equipment to ensure our community receives safe, reliable, and compassionate emergency medical care—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
